Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 12 hours in advance. Payment is due at the time of lesson booking. No-shows without prior notice within the 12-hour window will result in loss of the lesson credit. There are no refunds on 1-on-1 sessions after the time of the booked lesson has passed. When you book, you'll receive an auto-generated email with the Zoom link and regular reminders emailed prior to the lesson start day/time. Thank you!
